I wanted to post this post BEFORE Valentine’s Day, but life happens, so I’m here to share some gorgeous Reds with you.  I had to create a festive Valentine display and Ysl was the obvious choice with their, so pretty, Kiss Collection. Look at those cute Red Lips 💋

Are these Reds stunning or what?  

I must say the Glosses gave me the luscious look I was trying to achieve.  Not only that, but I felt the color was a true red, more so than the lipsticks.  

My favorite to least is:

• YSL
• Giorgio Armani 
• Guerlain
• Givenchy       

I love how buildable the YSL was but since it was a gloss, it wasn’t too intense and still gorgeous for daytime.   I was torn between placing Armani and Guerlain.  Which do I make 2nd and 3rd?!  I LOVE both colors, if this wasn’t against 3 other colors they BOTH easily would of been number 1.  But since I have to choose,   I made Armani 2nd,  because it was a lipstick and felt it was a true red, a bit blue based.  Therefore Guerlain 3rd. Only because it was a gloss and felt YSL was the better of the two.  The Givenchy actually pulled more towards peachy orange red and is my last choice. The color is really pretty but NOT the red I wanted.
